NEW online classes (replacing our usual in-person class during COVID-19 lockdown)

 

Join us every Monday 19.00 and Friday 16.00 from your home via Zoom

Improve your running performance, longevity and enjoyment with our runners strength class that is designed by our therapist, Amy Peak, to help runners stay strong, prevent injury and recover from ongoing niggles.
Exercises can be adapted/modified to accommodate most injuries or conditions.

One off sessions can be purchased using the BOOK SESSIONS button

For committed class attendees, an 8-WEEK CLASS PASS can be purchased (one FREE class) and then used to book your sessions using the BOOK SESSIONS button.

 

Please note: this is an outdoor class at BOUNDARY PARK, DIDCOT.   Come appropriately clothed for the weather.
